It's a Superfood!

Across the board, plant tend to exert all of their seeds energy during germination and the early stages of their growth. Consuming greens at this stage allows you to indulge in their nutrient dense qualities and that is why they are considered a superfood!

Microgreens are full of Vitamin C, E, K, Lutein, Beta- Carotene and studies show that they can be up to forty times more nutrient dense than the common mature greens we usually eat.

When it comes to nutritional value, microgreens are an amazing source of calcium, iron, lecithin, magnesium, phosporus, potassium, zinc, carotene, chlorophyll, antioxidants and amino acids - covering alot of bases on the nutritional front.

Flavoursome Vitamin Source

A lot of people take supplements to aid their dietary vitamin intake, but how enjoyable is that process?

Our microgreens are a locally grown, tasty alternative and we find that our living trays are a great interactive, healthy & educational point of interest for both the family and little ones to enjoy.

The living punnets retain their nutritional qualities until harvested and with an extensive variety of flavours. You can mix and match different flavours to best suit the days menu!

Fresh Addition to any Meal

Microgreens are delicate so they don't enjoy being cooked! Use them fresh with anything - salads, sandwiches, soups, smoothies, pizzas or as a garnish to any roast, chicken, lamb, seafood or curry dish.

With such pronounced flavours it is amazing how microgreens can enhance even the most simplest of meals.

How to Reap the Benefits?

Microgreens are best served fresh!

Juiced in a smoothie, tossed into a salad or munched straight from the punnet - simply serve the greens on your plate when ready to enjoy.
